How do I get my pet reptile?
Once you pick your pet and go through the check-out process your pet reptile will be shipped to you via FedEx Overnight in a secure box to your doorstep or the nearest FedEx location of your choice.

What if there is something wrong with my pet reptile?
Most problems that arise are due to improper set up or maintenance. We offer guidance and advice on proper reptile keeping and if the problem persists there are reptile vets found around the country.

Most feeding issues are caused by the lack of proper heat, humidity or diet. Once you get to the optimum levels the problem should be resolved.

Some reptiles are easier than others to handle and with proper care and maintenance most pet reptiles will be calm and able to be handled easily. We do carry snake hooks, feeding tongs and gloves to help with this process.
What if I can no longer care for my pet reptile?
Some reptiles can live for a very long time and if you should find yourself in a situation where you need to rehouse your pet reptile there are many small organizations that help with the housing and placement of these animals. An online search will usually help with this matter.
